Black Range Revenge
Colton Brothers SagaAt eighteen, gold fever hits Andrew Jackson Colton. In August 1863, he rides into the southwestern New Mexico Black Range and claims a spot along the stream. Andy has no success panning for gold, and by first snowfall he's ready to go home and wait till warm weather to try again. But his friend Thomas O'Malley convinces Andy to go farther into the range to Mogollon, a mining burg. On the way, Apaches wound Andy and kill O'Malley. Andy stumbles into Mogollon, but is soon seized by Apaches. And their leader, who is seeking revenge for his brother's death, uses Andy to lure the rest of the Colton brothers . . .
